The Bunbury Campus is the administrative heart of the Institute offering well appointed lecture venues, excellent library facilities and an open learning centre. A residence, child care centre and bookshop are some of the other amenities available. 

The Epicure Training Restaurant conveniently located on this campus and winner of numerous Gold Plate Awards, offers a fine dining experience and doubles as a training facility for hospitality and commercial cookery students who are required to participate in every aspect of managing the restaurant.  This fully licensed establishment is open to the public and is renowned for service excellence and best practice in food and beverage presentation. The small and large scale cookery training kitchens boast the full range of equipment required in a  commercial kitchen and recent extensions to these facilities have not only enhanced our capacity to  deliver training to the hospitality sector but have also consolidated our reputation as providing unparalleled  training facilities in the region. 

Purpose built workshops enable our students in the trades areas to hone their skills in building, metals and plumbing trades whilst our laboratory science students undertake their training in laboratories that open up a wealth of job possibilities to graduates within the broad scope of scientific fields such as mining and mineral processing, medicines and pathology, food processing and agriculture.

Horticulture and land management students have a suite of facilities including a hot house, shade house and hydroponics cultivation area as well as a demonstration area that is frequently used for student centred activities.
