Situated at the Bunbury campus, the Epicure is an award winning training restaurant for students studying Hospitality and Commercial Cookery.  It is fully licensed, open to the public and is renowned for excellence in food and beverage presentation and service.

The Epicure Training Restaurant is an essential part of our training program and students are required to participate in every aspect of managing the restaurant. 

Please take the opportunity to come in and enjoy fantastic cuisine at great prices in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.   Choose from a variety of dishes, enjoy a cocktail or mocktail and complement your meal with a selection of Australian and international wines.

Facilities

• High chairs and children’s menus
• Full bar service (BYO is not permitted)
• Special dietary requirements catered for where possible if notified in advance
• EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available.  We are unable to accept Diners Card or American Express and are unable to give out cash

Deposits

A $10.00 per head non-refundable deposit required for group bookings of 8 or more.  Deposits are payable at the restaurant during opening hours by:

• Cash
• Credit card over the phone (08) 9780 7363
• Cheques made payable to the Epicure Training Restaurant
  If your booking is not confirmed by receipt of deposit within one week, we reserve the right to rescind your booking and replace with another customer.

Administration accepts no responsibility for restaurant bookings.

Bookings

Smaller sized table bookings suit our training needs. Bookings over eight (8) will be split onto two tables. Bookings are only taken for one term at a time.
