This course can also be delivered as a Traineeship based qualification which means you cannot directly enrol without first finding an employer who is willing to take you on as a Trainee.

Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN)
Once a student has found an employer willing to sign them up as an apprentice or trainee, they need to make sure they sign a training contract within 21 days of starting work.
This is required by law to protect the rights of both the student and the employer.
